Mr. Khaled Fakha
As a German with an immigrant background, Mr. Khaled Fakha is familiar with the special challenges awaiting new arrivals. He has found his home in Frankfurt am Main and is enthusiastic about the international ambience, the cultural diversity and the peculiarities of the region. He is looking forward to helping people from all over the world arrive and passing on his enthusiasm for FrankfurtRheinMain.
Prior to joining the FRM International Office team, he was a consultant in mobile recognition consulting. Mr. Fakha is thus an expert on all issues relating to the recognition of professional qualifications, vocational education and training as well as questions relating to the German labour market. Mr. Khaled Fakha holds a degree in Middle Eastern Studies with an emphasis on economics as well as a commercial education.
Mr. Khaled Fakha speaks German, English and Arabic.
Ms. Ana-Violeta Sacaliuc
Ms. Ana-Violeta Sacaliuc has extensive experience in the field of local and regional structural development and is an expert on matters related to authorities, institutions and also organizations of the civil society: from immigration to education, from language and integration courses to migrant organizations, from advisory services to community organizing groups.
As a former coordinator for funding programs of the state of Hessen, she developed at the Municipality of the City of Offenbach am Main measures to promote structural, social and cultural integration of immigrants prior joining the FRM International Office. Furthermore she has actively participated in many working groups and thematic networks. Designing and implementing processes of intercultural opening of the local administrations and the mobility of the labor force within the European Union have been other special issues of her professional activity.
Ms. Ana-Violeta Sacaliuc studied sociology, political and administrative sciences and speaks German, English, French and Romanian.
